Course description
Introduction
If you've always wanted to try drawing but are lacking in confidence, this course is for you. The course will teach you a variety of techniques you can practise at home to create confident drawings. You'll be able to try out a range of techniques and use different materials to help you find your own style.
By the end of the course you'll be able to:
Use pencil and charcoal to produce a range of mark making effects
Draw with a degree of accuracy
Create a sense of perspective in your drawings
Draw negative space.
If you're self-employed, you might be able to deduct your enrolment fee from your taxable income.
Assessment
Your teacher will give you feedback and advice. You'll work with your classmates to evaluate each other's work. You'll also complete an individual learning plan.
