Course description
Introduction
With so many views and interpretations of health and nutrition out there, it's a wonder any of us can find our way to health with food. There many ways of looking at it but what's clear is that diet has a definitive effect on our health and longevity- as well as our perspective and productivity. We will look at some of the different models out there and help build a basic framework of what it means to be healthy and how to sustain that - beyond trends and fads. This course aims to help participants begin to gain deeper understanding of what constitutes the fundamentals of a healthy dietary regimen and what they may need to help achieve their health goals.
