Course description
Pilates for Beginners: This introductory course focuses on strengthening your stomach muscles and increasing the strength & flexibility of your back through gentle, slow, precise movements. This promotes improved posture, toned muscles and body shape. It would also be useful as a follow on from physiotherapy exercises.Please bring a Pilates (not yoga) mat, soft yoga block (or large towel) and wear comfortable clothing.
