Infrastructure Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship: As an existing or new Infrastructure Technician, this course will help you be more productive in your role and build your career. You will develop knowledge and skills in networking & architecture, mobile & operating systems, cloud services, coding & logic and business processes. You will learn how to use tools and methods to solve issues and troubleshootnon-routine problems. You will develop a portfolio of evidence demonstrating your competence and knowledge of the subject.We will support you to prepare for your End Point Assessment.

Suitability - Who should attend?
� An apprenticeship vacancy in your chosen area.� You will have an interview.� These will be set by your employer, but typically include 4 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, plus a minimum grade 3 (D) in English & maths.� Completion of a full Level 2 Apprenticeship at Pass grade or above in a relevant area, or a minimum of one year�s relevant industry experience in ICT.� You must pass an initial assessment in English, maths & ICT.
