Course description
AAT Foundation Certificate in Accounting Level 2 (Daytime & Evening): This course is ideal if you work in accounts and would like a formal qualification in the field, would like to acquire new skills to help with a change in your career or if you�re looking for foundation knowledge before progressing on to other AAT will study five units and gain skills in processing payments & receipts, preparing invoices, completing bank reconciliations, using accounting software and effective business communication skills including letters, memos and informal achieve this qualification, you will need to successfully complete four unit assessments and one synoptic assessment. The synoptic assessment will cover four of the five units and is two hours long. All assessments are set and marked by the AAT and are is strongly recommended that you have GCSE English and maths or equivalent before starting this qualification. Please note, AAT membership will also be required. After successful completion of this course, you could progress to the AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting Level 3.
