Unit2- Coaching and mentoring within organizational culture

The Unit Coaching and mentoring within an organisational culture is of 7 Credit, Total Unit Time 70 hours and Guided Learning Hours is 30. This unit is about the connection between the experienced professionals with employees of the organisation and the strategic organisational performance.

Unit3- Leadership coaching and mentoring skills
