Suitability - Who should attend?

Unit4- Coaching and mentoring processes

"The unit have a credit value of 7, 30GLH and 70 TUT. The unit is about how to enable the individuals and clients to achieve their potential by making significant changes in their thinking regarding the work process and knowledge. "

Unit5- Completing the coaching and mentoring process

"The unit have a credit value of 5, 20GLH and 50 TUT. This unit is about evaluating the coaching and mentoring process and identifying development opportunities for the coach, mentor, which will lead to the development of the organisation. "

Unit6- Understanding team dynamics

"The unit have a credit value of 7, 25GLH and 70 TUT. This unit is about recognising the abilities of an individual and how they will interact within the group and how team dynamics can be attained when the team members work collectively with mutual trust "
