Sava offer industry recognised professional training and qualifications aimed at those wishing to start a career in residential surveying. Sava enables new entrants to the industry to complete their training requirements in a flexible and convenient way.
Residential Surveying & Valuation - Qualification Training Routes for Everyone
The Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation is a Level 6 qualification, equivalent to a university degree level. After completing your training requirements with Sava, you will gain direct entry to RICS (upon completion of the RICS ethics module) and gain an Associate member status (AssocRICS). You will also be able to join the Sava Scheme to produce the Home Condition Survey (HCS).
