Course description
The importance of stakeholders’ capacity to influence each other to impact the firms’ reputation and license to operate, is a focus of many organisations.
Join us on this virtual learning experience where participants will explore the criteria needed to best prioritise stakeholder groups and by identifying measurable behaviours to continuously adjust these priorities. Led by subject matter expert Dr Ariane Chapelle, this course develops participants skills in proactive and reactive reputational risk management, creating a best practice framework to implement.
Workshop sessions supporting the classroom theory apply the Covid-19 crisis and its impact on firm reputation, giving participants the tools to navigate reputational risk both in principle and through market surveys.
