Course description

Join us for a ***FREE*** high-impact, immersive learning experience.

This forum theatre workshop explores the impact of Inappropriate behaviour and banter at work.

Resound Training's drama-based learning approach is an immersive, interactive learning experience. The learning is immediate and memorable. And delegates leave these workshops with insights, tips and techniques they can use back in the work place.

Resound Training's forum theatre workshops are delivered over 3-hours by a team of three actors and a facilitator, who guide delegates through scenarios that reflect the challenges they experience at work.

"Many participants said it was the best training that they had ever undertaken. I was impressed with the ability of the actors to re-enact scenes in response to direction from the professionals whom they were portraying. Gill expertly facilitated the events, and was very skillful in deploying her knowledge of the subject matter and the needs of our organisation and partners." London Borough of Enfield

The Resound team do not ask delegates to role-play.  Instead delegates will be able to interview the characters, re-direct the scenes and discuss the issues in small facilitated groups.

The team will present two scenarios depicting inappropriate behaviours in the workplace, with a focus on supporting delegates to build the skills required to manage these situations effectively.

The audience will be able to re-direct the scenarios to create the solutions to the problems shown in the scene.

There will be an opportunity to identify and discuss team culture and setting standards of behaviours.

This approach is memorable, fun and very powerful.

"Undoubtedly the highlight of the day was the Forum Theatre workshop by Resound Training which delivered a powerful message with humour and consummate skill." Proven Track Record Ltd
