Fitness classes contribute to a healthy lifestyle and an improved well-being which will benefit you at home and at work.
You will learn how to further develop your understanding of the main 8 principles of Pilates. By the end of the course you be able to perform a number of the more challenging moves, building on your previous experience from the beginners level. You will develop your core strength further, building on the quality of the movements performed.
All students will have the knowledge to be able to perform a basic programme in their own home environment, adding challenges as appropriate. Learners will be able to use recommended books and videos in their own time.
