Indeed, toxic organizational politics can ruin individual careers and whole organizations. This is especially the case as organizational politics, power, and influence are prevalent and persistent in the workplace. This course teaches individuals how to deal with these issues to be effective leaders, managers, and individuals in their own right. This Rcademy course is designed to help participants better understand the multifaceted strategic, organizational, and interpersonal dynamics of power, politics, and influence they will encounter within their professional lives.
