Course description
Highfield is the leading provider of regulated compliance qualifications in the UK, certificating over 350,000 learners a year. Quinn’s Training Services is extremely proud to be a Highfield-approved centre and offer industry-recognised qualifications that will enhance career prospects.
Having a nominated first aider for mental health is becoming an essential priority for workplaces across the UK. First aiders for mental health provide basic mental health support to colleagues and are the first response to someone in need. This qualification allows learners to understand the principles of first aid for mental health and how to promote mental wellbeing and a wellness culture in the workplace. It does not train people to be qualified to assess, diagnose or treat mental ill health, but gives them the tools to listen to, and assist, individuals who require immediate support.
