ISMM Diploma in Sales and Marketing (Level 3): A distance learning programme

This introductory level qualification is designed to guide learners through sales and marketing skills. A highly practical programme, delegates will engage in a series of real-word examples and case studies, to ensure the application of all concepts and theory discussed.This programme is designed for practising sales people hoping to gain skill to be more effective. Course material guides learners through an understanding of the sales process and areas of the sales process they may not of previously come across or considered.
The ISMM Certificate in Sales and Marketing consists of four mandatory units and three optional units. In order to gain qualification delegates are only required to complete one of the optional units, as each unit is geared towards a specific sales professional.

Suitability - Who should attend?
This ISMM Level 3 Diploma in Sales and Marketing is designed for current and practising sales representatives with at least two to three years of experience. It is the ideal qualification for anyone hoping to become more effective in their sales role.
Pre-requisites
While there are no formal pre-requisites for this sales certificate, it is recommended that participants have either two years of relevant experience or two A-Levels and at least one year of sales experience.
Non-native English speakers: evidence of at least IELTS level 6.5 or Trinity ISE III/IV will also be required.
