Programme Areas
The company markets programmes in four areas: priority and workload management, project management, selling & negotiating, and customer service. The Workload Management suite of programs include the Working Sm@rt Series with software essentials Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, and Novell GroupWise, is the cornerstone of the business accounting for the vast majority of revenue.
Structure
Practical and easy-to-learn processes are used in all Priority Management programmes which apply best practice processes in a varied format including hands-on learning and individual coaching to customise and assist with implementation. Post graduation, delegates will receive continued support and resources, including monthly newsletters which include tips and articles to help improve day-to-day productivity.
Research
In order to give the participant the best learning experience, all of the course material is extensively researched and written in order to give clients the best chance to get better results, build high performing teams, reduce costs, and increase profit. Coaching
