Course description
Managing Individual Development introduces managers to the CIPD best practice performance management model and a range of tools and techniques to support and manage the process. It will enhance your ability to conduct performance reviews, identifying potential areas for development and implementing personal development plans that engage and motivate staff. Critically assessing a range of development methods, development can be tailored to reflect individual learning styles and by doing so, can accelerate the learning process.

This Module has been designed to support practicing or potential middle managers who are responsible for managing individuals and would like to enhance their competence and confidence in performance management. Completing this will provide 4 Credits towards the ilm Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management.

ilm Accreditation and Certification (Optional)
Delegates have the option for an additional fee of £259 per person to achieve ilm Level 5 Unit Qualification. This includes ilm Registration, Membership, Tutorial Support and Certification.
