Homeopathy uses highly diluted substances as a form of treatment to help the body heal itself. The main principle of the practice is that a substance that can cause certain symptoms can also help to remove those symptoms. It is used to treat a very wide range of conditions, including physical conditions such as asthma, as well as psychological conditions such as depression. You will explore what homeopathy is in more detail, before learning how to offer the practice to a client. Finally, reflexology is based on the idea that the feet, hands, and ears are connected to certain organs and body systems, so these body parts are massaged using different amounts of pressure. The practice has been known to reduce stress and anxiety, pain, lift mood, and improve general well-being.
