Child Emergency Aid CourseOMS 059
To give parents and carers of children advice and training on prevention, and emergency treatments of common Child medical and trauma related Emergencies. In addition this Child Emergency Aid course incorporates Child Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and elements from course OMS 051.
This course aims to provide practical and simple treatments that are proven to improve recovery and save lives. In addition it simplifies the best care pathway to seek help during a stressful and frightening time when a child is hurt or becomes unwell. The Child Emergency Aid course is delivered by Paediatric trained Paramedics with experience of pre-hospital emergency care between them, and will include both practical and theoretical aspects.
