  Our rigorous selection and recruitment process aims to group compatible delegates for peer-to-peer learning. Consequently you will be asked to learn from each other and appreciate the importance of peers as a resource. In effect, the reflection blocks provide you with a “learning laboratory”, with formal times set aside to reflect on elements of the learning process, both as individuals and collectively.
