Course description
About the course
This introductory course will develop the skills and confidence required to become an effective coach in the workplace. By the end of the programme you will also be able to demonstrate knowledge and a critical understanding of the conceptual frameworks, theories, ethics and issues associated with coaching.
Entry requirements
At least two years professional experience which may be in line management, HR/training and development or similar professional role.

- Module Two: Developing Coaching Competence
- Module Three: Reflections on Professional Practice
How do you study?
Part-time block release. Short two/three day modules plus self directed study

12 months, part-time, starting in September.
