The issues surrounding service development will be explored giving you the opportunity to understand how your own service may be improved.
The module is delivered over 5 weeks and each session is 3 hours direct (virtual classroom) teaching contact and 3 hours directed study per week. Your attendance is required each week. Please Note: programme delivery is subject to reaching minimum numbers.
Assessment is based around a competency framework which allows you to demonstrate achievement of the module learning outcomes and be awarded a certificate of completion from Northumbria University.
