This is the cookery course to take your taste buds travelling around the world. Street food has a long and colourful history, it makes travelling more interesting and you can see and smell the delicious aromas as it cooks. Today, it has become an urban mainstay in large cities and small towns alike and continues to evolve and tempt the passersby on streets worldwide. Working in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, this is a hands-on cookery course where you will be preparing a wide selection of the most amazing, delicious and famous street foods from countries such as China, Italy, Turkey, Middle East, India, America and Mexico.

Suitability - Who should attend?
What You'll Need to Join:
No subject specific requirements but basic English written skills and maths skills is required, plus basic manual dexterity required to complete practical work.
Training Course Content
This course covers:
- World-wide famous street foods such as: Bunny chow from South Africa, Spicy meatball Banh Mi from Vietnam, Falafel and Shawarma from the Middle East, enticing Churros from Spain
- Vegetarian alternatives
- Adding own variations to a basic recipe
- Safe storage and reheating of your prepared dishes
