IOSH Managing Safely is designed for anyone in a supervisory or management role in any type of organisation. The course provides essential knowledge and understanding of how to effectively manage health and safety responsibilities in the workplace. The course will help you improve the safety awareness culture in your organisation, see your productivity increase and enhance your reputation within your supply chain by embedding safety and health across the whole organisation.
The course is delivered by a Chartered Member of IOSH and experienced consultant.

Training Course Content
The course consists of 7 Modules:
- Module 1: Introducing Managing Safely discussing why it's important to effectively manage safety
- Module 2: Assessing Risks. Learn how to conduct risk assessments
- Module 3: Controlling Risks. Deciding what controls to put into place
- Module 4: Understanding Responsibilities: Understand what the law requires and the parts of a safety management system
- Module 5: Understanding Hazards: Discussing common hazards in the workplace
- Module 6: Investigating Incidents: Covering accident and near miss investigation
- Module 7: Measuring Performance: Why it’s important to measure how well you’re managing health and safety
