Diploma Level 1 Agriculture and Countryside
If you want the ideal start to a career in Agriculture, and want to gain the qualifications and industry experience that employers are looking for, then our courses are for you. With over 550 hectares or farmed estate, beef and sheep units and machinery workshops, Moulton can prepare you for work as a farm manager, agricultural engineer or livestock technician.
This course includes practical and theory study in areas such as livestock husbandry and nutrition, plant and countryside skills, estate skills, tractor driving and introduction to wildlife and conservation.

Entry Requirements
GCSE grades at 2-1 or equivalent or an Entry Level 3 Diploma in a related subject.
Continuing Studies
Progression Opportunities
Students generally progress onto a higher level of Agriculture course, move into a job with training (such as an apprenticeship) or move into full time employment.
