The course is designed to enable you to understand and apply the principles of zoology to the study of a wide range of animal species whilst allowing for specialisation in your final year research project.

Applicants may also be offered a place on the basis of their experience and we would welcome applications from mature students or people currently working in industry who are seeking Continuing Professional Development or part time opportunities

- You will need 88 UCAS Tariff points from 3 A levels (or their equivalent)<br
- Grade C or above in GCSE Maths (or equivalent).

This is a new course provision with a range of exciting opportunities to move into employment in zoology-related positions. Potential graduate careers could include zoo keepers, animal technicians, research assistants, natural history collection technicians and much more. There is also great potential to move onto further studies in animal sciences at master's and PhD level.
