On this course you will learn how self-hypnosis can improve your wellbeing. By learning specific techniques and carrying out practical and personal tasks, you will:
- Improve your mental health for example, dealing with anxiety, depression and stress
- Enhance your performance at work and in your personal life
- Become mindful and remain present to overcome bad habits and addictions
- Overcome trauma
On completion of this course students can progress onto an Intermediate hypnosis course.
