Course description
Cooking Everyday Italian - Beginner:
On this course you will learn the basics of Italian cooking and how to accommodate various dietary requirements. You will learn how to prepare colourful and tasty dishes such as minestrone soup, meat/vegetable lasagne, vegetarian carbonara and similar. On completion of this course students can progress to other cooking and catering courses.
