The EU AI Act (‘the AI Act’), which came into force in August 2024, is likely to revolutionise the global market for artificial intelligence. As the first AI Act obligations are due to come into force in February 2025 (with more to come into force systematically over the next 18 months), it is time to start compliance projects to ensure compliance with this complex regulation.
