There are numerous ways in which wills can be used for detailed inheritance tax planning; they can do far more than just set out ‘who should inherit’. However, a good understanding of the rules is required, as is careful drafting.
This virtual classroom seminar will be of use to will writers, solicitors and practitioners who undertake tax planning and will drafting.
