Presented by Tina Conlan, this live update will cover the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023, the Renters’ Rights Bill, and Equality Act 2010 caselaw developments.
Tina will also provide a Court of Appeal caselaw update, including a look at Swindon BC v Abrook, Birmingham City Council v Bravington, and Waltham Forest LBC v Hussain.
