Presented by family law expert Stuart Barlow, this webinar sets out what action grandparents can take, should they become caught up in a family breakup. The remedies available will also be discussed, along with the law and procedure on applications to vary previous orders.
Stuart is a solicitor with over 40 years’ experience in Family Law and Court litigation. He is a member of the Law Society Children Panel, and until January 2016 he was Chief Assessor of the Law Society Family Law Panel and an Adjudicator for the Legal Aid Agency.
