The protection of intellectual property, and the enforcement of intellectual property rights, continue to grow in importance for businesses and organisations in all sectors, and in all jurisdictions.


As the dust settles on the post-Brexit IP landscape, and jurisdictional issues continue to evolve, potential uncertainties become more acute. An understanding of recent legislative and judicial developments, and emerging trends, is essential.


This virtual classroom seminar is suitable for private practice and in-house lawyers. The focus of the session will be on ‘soft IP’, and will explore the current state of play in respect of IP rights protections and IP litigation, key recent judicial developments impacting IP rights, the rise of AI and potential implications for IP rights, and much more.
