Now that the Renters Reform Bill is a reality, the days of Section 21 notices are numbered. Practitioners are therefore likely to find instructions to serve notices increasing as a result.


In this virtual classroom seminar, we will review how to serve a valid Section 21 notice from first instruction, what to look for, and how to prepare the notice itself.


Join landlord & tenant expert Nathalie White as she discusses what documents to ask the client for, reviewing an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, and licensing considerations. The Deregulation Act 2015 will also be explored, along with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and more.
