Aimed at solicitors and employees of law firms authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, this 30-minute e-learning programme will provide viewers with an invaluable introduction to equality and diversity.
With interactive learning activities, knowledge checks and key reminder messages, ‘virtual’ Tracey Calvert will discuss the importance of equality and diversity in the context of the legal sector and will examine the regulatory and legal duties which law firms owe their staff, clients, and suppliers.
Tracey worked for the Law Society and SRA for 14 years as a senior adviser in the ethics team and later in the drafting of the SRA Handbook, so is well-placed to offer guidance on this important topic.
