The end of life legal framework can be found in the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and accompanying Code of Practice, Court of Protection Rules 2017, practice directions and case law.


Presented by Holly Chantler, this webinar will consider recent case law relating to end of life care, particularly in relation to the withdrawal of clinically assisted nutrition and hydration.


The webinar will also cover other topics including permanent disorders of consciousness and the role of wishes and feelings.
