This virtual classroom seminar considers the topics of transparency and disclosure in private children law cases.
Transparency is a buzzword and there have been pilots and protocols but the jurisprudence is complicated and often misunderstood. This live session intends to try to simplify it into what you need for most cases.
Disclosure is always important. Any specialist practitioner will know how often statutory services disclosure is responsible for delays in cases and how the evidence available, especially from neutral third parties, rather than partisan parents, can have such a central effect upon the outcome of a case.
