April 2024 saw a significant update to the Family Procedure Rules, which resulted in a major shift in the family proceedings landscape. This includes an indication that the court will impose tougher sanctions on failure to attempt out of court resolution and be more prepared to make costs orders.


This webinar will offer practical guidance on the processes to follow to reduce the risk of costs orders, as well as providing an update on recent court decisions and precedents around costs orders.
