If you are a sales representative, contract manager or are involved in advising or negotiating business contracts, then this interactive eLearning programme is for you. You do not need any legal training to undertake this programme - it will clarify the language of contracts and prevent you from inadvertently being bound by a contract you did not intend to enter.


Configured into bite-sized introductory modules, it will provide an insight into the basics of business contract law. It will ensure you understand the key legal concepts underpinning contractual arrangements (including the elements involved in how to form a binding contract) together with understanding the role of key clauses in commercial contracts.
