This virtual classroom seminar will deal with the important clinical negligence caselaw over the last twelve months or so, highlighting developing themes and trends and putting those into their wider context.


Aimed at experienced clinical negligence lawyers, the session will explore a range of important topics, such as records v recollection, decisions in cauda equina cases, secondary victims, delegable and non-delegable duties of care, fundamental dishonesty, and more.


Presenter David Pilling is a barrister whose main areas of practice are Costs, Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury. Be sure to join the session to benefit from his expertise on this topic.
