It is important that personal injury practitioners supporting Claimants in this area of law are well equipped to advise and case manage cases competently.

The expectation therefore is that claims for personal injury caused by exposure to stress at work is likely to increase and therefore it is important that personal injury practitioners supporting Claimants in this area of law are well equipped to advise and case manage cases competently.
