- Overview of individual insolvency procedures, including bankruptcy, individual voluntary arrangements, debt relief orders, and breathing space moratorium
- Bankruptcy petitions, practice and procedure
- Winding up practice and procedure
- Administration practice and procedure
- Common issues arising in bankruptcy, including dealing with the bankrupt’s home
- Overview of asset recovery proceedings
