Since 12 February 2024, developments requiring planning permission in England have (broadly) been subject to the mandatory Government requirement that the wildlife habitat on site will be left at least 10% better off (with more, or better quality, biodiversity) following the development.
Presented by Clare Harman Clark, this webinar sets out the basics of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) for real estate professionals - when the obligations bite, what they mean and how the new law could change the practice of development across England.
