The presentation and rebuttal of expert evidence can be one of the most challenging aspects of a criminal trial. This live broadcast session takes the practitioner through the process of using expert evidence, from initial identification of the need for expert evidence, to maximising the benefit of this evidence at trial.
This live broadcast session, suitable for both prosecution and defence practitioners, will provide a background to expert evidence, and discuss topics such as DNA, fingerprint evidence, cell site evidence and psychiatric evidence.
