This five-day CQI & IRCA accredited training course will provides you with the knowledge and skills to conduct second and third-party audits against the requirements in FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and ISO 22002-1.

Suitability - Who should attend?
To attend this course you must have a good knowledge and understanding of FSSC 22000/ISO 22000, have experience of working in the food supply chain and knowledge of relevant food safety legislation, Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP principles.
Training Course Content
This course describes the role and responsibilities of an food safety lead auditor and the underpinning principles and benefits of a food safety management system. It provides support to align food safety controls with other management systems, help you to plan, prepare and conduct an audit as well as how to report your findings accurately and recommend an corrective action if required.
