CQI & IRCA QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor (In-House)
This five-day Lead Auditor course has been designed to help you prepare on-site audits, develop checklists, audit processes, gather and evaluate evidence, write reports and relate your findings to policy and objectives. Successful completion increases your credibility, satisfies the formal training requirements stipulated by the CQI & IRCA and enables you to conduct external audits against ISO 9001.

Who should attend?
Attend this course if you are required to conduct second and third-party audits against ISO 9001 and need to demonstrate your capability. Successful completion of this course satisfies the formal training requirements from the CQI & IRCA and adds to your credibility as a professional QMS Lead Auditor.
To attend this course, you need to have the knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 and auditing experience. You should understand how your organisation works and the role of top management. You will also be expected to complete two hours of pre-course work prior to attending.
