Course description

The Human Element Leadership & Management course at the Management Level (HELM M) is designed for Senior ranks – Chief officers & engineers, Masters - on board ships worldwide to upgrade their proficiency with critical elements relating to the globality and diversity in the maritime & shipping industry.

The practical training and case studies introduced allow those decision-making ranks to lead & manage their crew and teams towards smoother operations in such risky & challenging work-based environments. The ship/shore communication loop is also stressed in this HELM M level to facilitate a mutually inclusive flow of information.
