Course description
This course covers goods in package form and dry cargoes in bulk including dangerous substances and related cargo handling gear and equipment. Subjects such as, loading and discharging, stowage, segregation, ventilation and general safety precautions are covered. This five (5) days training course is supported by a competent and experienced training staff and best facilities is open to those being trained to serve as masters and deck officers on ships engaged on near-coastal voyages or those on internal waters.

- Requirements as per Marine Orders Part 32 with regard to cargo handling
Safe Handling, Stowage and Securing of Cargo
- Hold and tank preparation procedures for the reception of various cargoes
