Links2Work Limited - Apprenticeship Training

Links2work is an independent training provider delivering apprenticeships and traineeships in London as a subcontractor. Our apprenticeship provision is delivered mainly in the workplace, with one day a month in the classroom.

In offering organisational training needs analysis to our employers, we are ensuring that the individuals are attuned to the needs of that employer and with direct involvement and communication with employers during an individuals initial assessment, ensure the individuals development needs are balanced with those of the employer to ensure a beneficial apprenticeship experience for both.
