Course description
Housing Practice is an occupational area which requires an individual to have relevant knowledge, understanding and skills to practice within the Housing context, primarily as a customer service.
This qualification teaches technical knowledge and a broad range of frontline housing practices at an operational level. It covers specialist areas of housing, policy, and law.
The course aims to equip students to work effectively in a frontline capacity and prepare them for further study and progression to qualifications at level 4.
