You will explore how to stay safe online and how you as an individual can contribute to the safety of others. You will also become familiar with the different types of abuse and discrimination and explore how best to protect yourself and others from such issues. You will learn to identify risks to user safety and privacy, identify risks to data security, identify risks to system performance and integrity and minimise internet risks. You will learn to spot how reliable information on websites is, what cyberbullying is, how to report online safety issues, and how to find e-safety help and information.
At the end of the course you will take an online multiple choice question assessment test. This online multiple choice question test is marked automatically so you will receive an instant grade and know whether you have passed the course.
